Research on Priority Evaluation Model of Project Associated Clusters

At present, there are still some urgent problems to be solved, such as repeated reserve projects, unreasonable timing arrangement of investment in project execution, poor effect capital use and process connection. In this paper, through the related cluster demonstration comprehensive plan we strengthen pre-management control projects from source, improve quality efficiency management. Firstly, paper classifies based on perspective business association, establishes association cluster, then constructs priority evaluation model with help portfolio management theory, so maximize benefit.
